Southern Democrats consisting of whites in the South who believed in Jeffersonian democracy. In the 1850s they defended slavery in the United States, and promoted its expansion into the West against northern Free Soil opposition.
The Democrat Party should pay reparations to those harmed by the Institution of Slavery.
Democrat President Jackson Administration ignored Su. Ct. Decisions and confiscated
Native American lands and property. That, led to a Trail of Tears and Death.
The Democrat Administration in California and the Democrat Administration of FDR Washington DC. put Japanese, citizens of the United States in concentration camps without legal cause or justification confiscating property, personal and real.
The Democrat Party should pay the US Government for all
monies already paid to those harmed by unlawful detention
of citizens of Japanese decent.
The 3rd version of the Klan & Democrat Party, especially in the Old South was responsible for beatings, rapes, shootings,
hangings and churches that were bombed.
The Southern Manifesto to ignore the Su. Court (again) and uphold The Institution of Segregation of the Democrat Party.
The Democrat Party should pay reparations to all those harmed by their actions to
maintain segregation, to include non-minorities who
also we're threatened or harmed by their actions.

The Democrat Party should pay reparations to all those who have been harmed by the political and public policy that aids the death of all citizens of the United States because of or related to said policy.
The Hart-Cellar Immigration Act of 1965 turned the policy of American Immigration upside down championed by Senator Ted Kennedy (D) and signed in to law by President Lyndon B. Johnson (D).
The Democrat Party should pay reparations for any harm directly related to this change in policy as it was forceable as to the harm that would result because of the policy changes.

Native Americans owned and traded in slaves. According to the Oklahoma Historical Society website, from the late 18th century on, Native Americans in the South, like whites, owned slaves.
“Indian Territory” (now the state of Oklahoma) in the 1830s, they took their slaves with them, so that “[b]y the time the Civil War broke out more than eight thousand blacks were enslaved in Indian Territory.”
Today, an estimated 529,000 to 869,000 black men, women and children are still slaves. They are bought, owned, sold, and traded by Arab and Muslim in five African countries.
The census of 1830 lists 3,775 free Negroes who owned a total of 12,760 slaves. Many black slaves were allowed to hold jobs, own businesses, and own real estate. 6/29/2020
Those Black slave traders and slave owners and Native American slave traders and slave owners and Muslim slave traders and slave owners would not be eligible to receive reparations from the Democrat Party.
