Regarding Health Care
US Constitution Article I, Sec. 8 denies the federal government the authority to establish or fund health care.
Amend. IX, X - The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. This does not leave much to interpret. It seems clear to me that the Several States, Counties, Cities could fund health and they do for public employees. Amend. X reiterates that no authority exists for the Federal Government to create nor fund health care. And, the Su. Ct. has no authority, to decide or create that, which does not exist. That is, to change the meaning of commerce which is large scale trade of goods between states foreign and domestic and bypass the Amend. process which is reserved for, to and by the people.
To argue that point means Article I, Sec. 8. the IX and X Amend.s and the Amend. process have no applicable legal meaning.

Regarding Islam

The Military Political Complex of Islam is the 'character.' That character will not change until the 'Complex' is dismantled. When the religion, the soldier, the citizen, the politician are not all the same person. When the brutal treatment of women by the Military Political Complex of Islam and the individual male is no more !?
Regarding Citizen Action
"As Central Falls, R.I., fought bankruptcy, a state-appointed receiver closed the library. But residents decided it was something they couldn't do without." - NYT. The key here is 'residents.' This is an inspiring story about what 'we the people' can do without relying on government at every turn. We need millions of stories like this and we will get out of the financial mess the Federal Government has caused. The public employees can not or will not fix the problems they themselves have caused. Best wishes to Central Falls.
Regarding the Debt Ceiling
"That is exactly the choice, and Republicans brought it on themselves by turning the routine debt-ceiling vote into a life-or-death struggle over the unrelated issue of taxes and spending."- NYT. The debt-ceiling is directly related to issues of taxes and spending. If not for more spending what is the purpose of raising the debt-ceiling. But, you are right about one thing. It is a life-or-death struggle for the survival of the Several States !?
Regarding Voter Fraud
"Republicans (and all other citizens that want fair elections) say they want to prevent voter fraud, but some groups say they worry that the new restrictions may discourage people from going to vote" - NYT. I always had to show ID in California until about 5 years ago. It never occurred to me that having to carry ID would in anyway stop me from voting. In my opinion those that want un-identified persons to vote want fraudulent elections they can control.
Regarding the Financial Meltdown
"Many around the world are worried that Europe is about to face a Lehman Brothers moment, a big bankruptcy or sudden default.\" NYT. You make it sound like the public employees have nothing to do with the financial problems they themselves have caused. It was not the private sector that created Fannie, Freddie, public employee unions and all similar public policy that has caused this financial meltdown. Their counterparts in Europe will have to fix the problems and it will not be a peivate sector Lehman Brothers moment !?

It is a mystery why a great newspaper like the New York Times which should be a beacon for individual liberty and liberal philosophy has become nothing more than a 'front' for the corrupt public employees, unions and partisan politics.

I think Steven Paul Jobs great accomplishment was his contribution to the business world. He was not just a creator of new ways and more effective ways of doing things in and around the business world...He created thousands if not hundreds of thousands of jobs directly and indirectly. If President Obama, his Administration and Congress were serious about creating private sector jobs, they would have to look no further than Steven Paul Jobs. However, when your agenda is creating and maintaining public employee union jobs....they will lose sight of more jobs and Jobs, Steven Paul that is. And, his personal accomplishments !?
Regarding Violence on the Campus

Have you not wondered what is the root cause of the increase in violence on the high school campus. Is it possible the more public education tries to force all students into one cookie cutter mold the more violence and rebellion we will have. Or, why we now have armed guards and police officers assigned to the campus regardless of income and location. If not, you should ! You will find we are the main cause of the violence, and the reason it will continue the same percent as the social engineering concepts are forced on the kids. A world where young boys are not allowed to be boys and grow up to be men is in constant conflict inside and out.
Regarding Sensible Government

It is a welcome change from the intolerance and counterproductive policies being adopted in so many other states around the country." - NYT. This can only be described as a blatant lie. Illegal alien 'immigrants' have no vested rights to taxpayers money. It is not 'intolerance' to insist our corrupt public employees, especially the politicians, to enforce our basic laws. Except, honest hard working citizens are becoming less acceptable to the failures and lavish benefits the public employees have bestowed on themselves. And, a time when the only 'service' by public employees is self service.
